Cancellation

1) If, DUE TO WHATEVER CIRCUMSTANCES, the tenant cancels the agreement less than seven days before the start date of the rental period, the tenant owes the landlord compensation of 100% of the rental amount.

2) If, FOR ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, the tenant cancels the agreement more than seven days before the start date of the rental period, the tenant owes the landlord compensation of 5% of the rental amount. In the event of a refund, an administration fee of €28.00 will be charged.

3) No refund will be given in the event of early or interim departure of persons and/or camping equipment.
